Birthday boy!

Ahh, my fall birthday baby's special day! October 7th dawned as clear and gorgeous as it always is!  Since we'd only been in our house for 3 days, and were still lacking the basics like flour, sugar and a waffle iron, we had to go the store bought route for Henry's birthday breakfast.  Fortunately, Henry is the least picky kid I know.  (Reason number #419 that I love you, Mr. Henry!)

I know what you're thinking.  Give that kid the gift of a haircut for his birthday! Ha ha!

But he is so darn lovable!  And at 8:43 he's officially nine!
We headed out to Jumpstreet, which as far as I can tell is a kid's dream come true.  So. Much. Fun.
And who doesn't enjoy a little bull riding on their birthday?

After a few hours of jumping and running around, we went to see Disney's Planes.  Two thumbs up!
Here's the birthday boy, in his candy, popcorn and pop coma.  He slept all the way to...

...Mexican food!  This almost seemed like a cruel joke since he wasn't feeling all that great.  But he managed to enjoy all the attention and the birthday presents.  Thanks everyone for making him feel so very loved.

And we ended our sweet boy's day with a Skype with Grandpa and Grandma.  More love and singing for our Henry.

Happy 9th Birthday to the funnest, sweetest, silliest kid I know.  You're one in 20 billion-gazillion!  We love you, Little H.  Muyahhh!
