easy spring bucket

I just wanted to share an easy spring bucket idea. We made one of these a few months ago for a cousin's birthday and this week Havah decided to make one too! We cut up one of our favorite books that we happened to have duplicates of, glued the pictures down on the pail with a glue stick, then covered the pictures with Mod Podge. This would be even more special with family photos. For extra frill, I hot glued pompom trim around the top. Super easy. Happy Easter Egg hunting! :)

That is so cute....what a great idea! I've never worked with Modge Podge before; I think I'm missing out.
Happy Easter. :)

While I love the bucket - and Hazel's too - I sure hope the books were in bad shape. I don't think I could cut up a book. That's the girl from "I Can Fly," right?
