I'm so thankful that this day allows for lots of cards, presents and dessert creations, making it feel less commercial and much, much sweeter and heartfelt. I'm also remembering Valentine's Day two years ago when I said a hard goodbye to my dad, my first Valentine.

What a sweet celebration!! I loved seeing all of your handmade cards, art and decorations. Those personalized touches really make a holiday feel special. Bucca was one of our very favorite spots when we lived in Salt Lake!! Their pizza is sooo good :) Glad you had a great time celebrating with your crew and I love that you exchanged gifts at dinner. You always give me so many ideas of for life with older kids.
