H & H's gingerbread house get cuter and cuter every year!
I've gotten a few things done in the kitchen this week. Unfortunately we gobbled up the gingerbread cookies before I could tuck them away for Christmas. However, Havah and I managed to get these simple little no bake cookies done and we are still hoping (fingers crossed) to make sugar cookies and Springerles, (which is a delicious German cookie my Mom-in-law taught me how to make). What are your traditional Christmas cookies? I'd love to hear...

We made sugar cookies this week. I'm going to make some chocolate cake cookies tomorrow and then I always make this cookie that is a ritz cracker peanut butter sandwich cookie dipped in melted chocolate. Kind of sounds weird but my grandma always made them, they are super easy and they get completely gobbled up every time I make them. Not to mention that you can make 1 or 100, it's up to you.
