I wish I could say that I am calm! But for some reason I always save my home improvement projects for the week before visitors arrive. Always. It's my thing. So when I should be cleaning house and baking more cookies instead I'm painting exterior shutters. Yup. And to make it worse, it's my second go around this week. The first color I tried wasn't right. So after sanding, priming and repainting, it appears the new color isn't right either. A wise person told me they look great and to live with them for a few days. So, should I put 'em away until after Christmas? Probably. Will I? Probably not. :)
