This man is the owner of this quaint little jewelry shop and he makes most of the bracelets and necklaces. It seems to be very popular to sell surfer beaded ankle bracelets, but I talked him into making a few of them wrist sized.
Then we drove to Oneuli (black sand) Beach. Black sand is so pretty! I'm sure there is a theory behind this, but we noticed that we sunk as we walked around on the black sand. It was all fun and new until my foot sunk down and something stung me. That kind of freaked us out and we were ready to go after that!

Yikes!! Did you ever figure out what stung you? The black sand is pretty...I don't remember seeing that on Oahu. Your pictures are making me soooo ready for our own trip. :)
