We have a brand new park in our neighborhood! It's been a lot of fun to ride bikes over there to run around and play badminton. The kids' favorite has always been to playing tag with Jon. We nicknamed it Twilight Tag (since we always seem to be there right before it dark. I suppose the correct name should be sunset tag!)
Picking mandarins the other day and Henry spotted this face starring at us.
We were walking by the laptops at Costco the other day - and Henry snapped this pic.
Again with the Costco shenanigans. Never a dull moment.
Henry is officially tall enough to help Jon strap the tree onto the car. Side note: this was the Suburban's last year carrying our tree home. Jon (finally) talked me into a new (to us) car. He was right, and I LOVE it.
Havalah and I were the sentimental ones saying goodbye to our Suburban. The boys had already hopped into our new car without a backward glance. Sniff sniff.
the kids made this cute guy for our Thanksgiving table
It's starting to look a little bit more like Christmas at our house :) Is anyone else super slow at putting out decorations?
Ok, so I found this picture on my phone and it made me laugh. A boy and his glass of coke. Ha!
a sweet moment captured at dinner last week
because...yum!
I just really love this guy.
We had our Christmas party at CC yesterday. One of the relays was to build a Texas snowman. Ha!

Lots of great moments! Henry was cracking me up with his teddy bear imitation. My kids would love that giant bear. Congrats on the new to you car. I always snap a picture with a car before we say goodbye and Kevin thinks I'm nuts :)I adore your bottle brush collection and it's fun to see all the things you do with your big kids. Gives me things to look forward to doing with mine down the road. Hope you're having a great week :)
