I spoke too soon...

Yes, that's a down coat.  What you can't see is the down blanket wrapped around my legs.  In about five minutes I got out the umbrella too.  Good times.  

An hour later when they got out they said: "it's raining?  Huh!"

If anyone needs me I'll be in a hot bath.
