Lately the dreary weather has really been getting to me.  Day in and day out the gray is non.stop.  By late last week, with my chin so low it was hitting the floor, I finally decided I needed to stop looking outside at this...

and start looking inside at some of the things that warm my heart.  Like this...

On another note - this pic of Santa and three-year-old-me cracks me up every year.  First of all, we look alike!  Secondly, I love that I have my eyes glued on my Mama.  Third, check out the purple crayon in my left hand.  That bad boy went everywhere with me.  I might even still have it somewhere.  Ha!
