It's been sixteen years in the making, but we've finally made it to this beautiful place.
As soon as we walked out of the airport we all breathed in a big gulp of warm, tropical air. Bliss.
Driving from the airport Jon pointed out this and that, fun places and landmarks he remembers from his college days. Hopefully tomorrow will bring a visit to his University campus, and also the Alamo!
We came to our hotel, changed into shorts (yay!) and walked down to dinner right on the Riverwalk (shown).
San Antonio, I like you already.
