I know that phone pictures are a sorry excuse for a blog post, but seriously, we have been so so so so busy we've barely had a moment to catch our breath. I have to remind myself that September is like this. New school year, more classes and subjects. New sports. I know that everyone is probably feeling this way with the changing of the seasons, so I know I'm not alone in this. So here are a few snaps of what we've been up to. And...happy FALL!
I'm teaching two classes at our co-op this year. One being a girls handiwork class. I'm a month in and have 15 girls in my class. We are having a wonderful time making things like this.

Tut!
....and Henry's interpretation of.
Some politics thrown in for good measure. And yes, the kids watched the most recent debate and loved every minute of it.
A quiet moment for me during H & H's PE class.
Havalah got to participate in a focus group for kids about some up and coming electronics game console. That's all I can say about that. ;)
This is what Henry was doing while she was in said focus group. His second (ever) can of coke! It was a big deal.
While at a restaurant a little boy was walking around handing out flowers to all the pretty ladies. :)
Zoo time...
In our bed. A boy. A dog. And a half dozen crickets and grasshoppers.
This face. I love it so much. Plus he takes us to the opening of Chipotle. Sweetness.
Did you know he turns 8 in a few days! Love him.
We've had such beautiful weather. I'm consciously trying to memorize this sun before it leaves me for nine months. On this gorgeous day we headed to the water for some rock jumping.
We girls love our shoes!
We just recently picked up a vintage Game of Life board game. I had never played it before...confusing, but fun!
Just cuz she's so darn cute.
Did I tell you that my kids decorated our house for fall? Havah did the mantle and because she's a girl after her mom's own heart, it's all symmetrical! More pics of the decor to come...one of these days. :)

Wonderful moments, thanks for sharing. ~nad.
Havalah's mantel decorations look great. How cool, that you got to see the new baby tiger! We're going to the King Tut exhibit this next week. I can't wait!
Hey, you beat me to a new post! I've got to finish up summer first. Let's see... I remember spending lots of time seeing nothing in that same zoo enclosure, but enjoying the waterfall nonetheless. Cute, cute baby tiger! Love the decor, can't believe you've never played LIFE, miss the Sound and the beach, yikes to crickets in bed, sweet that the little boy was handing out flowers to all the pretty ladies, I haven't even been brave enough to watch the debates fearing badgering and truth stretching, and I love the crafts and Henry's Egyptian Legos. Thanks for sharing!
Well hello there Kristen :) Popping over to say hi and tell you I appreciate you as a reader, and all the comments you leave. Thanks for sharing your everyday moments from your life. I love the shoes and Chipotle openings. I think I'll go get myself a burrito in fact, in my cute little boots too! :)
