I would be remiss if I didn't mention Henry and Havalah's love of all things TINTIN. It all started last fall when they borrowed the entire collection of books that Jon and his older sister read when they were kids.
As soon as these books came home with us, H & H were completely hooked. Not long after, the movie was released (perfect timing) and only added to their love of TINTIN, and Snowy. And Captain Haddock. And Calculus. And the Thom(p)sons (I'll just stop there - you get the idea.)
A few months ago Henry started writing his own TINTIN stories. I'm pretty darn proud of him! He wrote, typed and illustrated it himself. Book 2 is coming soon...

Hey Kristen! Thanks for stopping by the blog!! When we lived in San Fran there was a great antique store with vintage French Tin Tin posters. I love the book! Your son is soo talented!
