Henry lost his first tooth this month. This is the kid that always cries when he gets hurt. Always needs a band aid for the tiniest scratch or scrape. That's just our Henry. But he was so brave with his first loose tooth. He had Daddy pull it out after only a week because it was getting in the way of eating candy.
Henry has always liked to "give love" as he calls it. I love these kisses and never ever take them for granted. If you ever ask Henry what he'd like to eat he'll always say cheese. Unless he says candy. Any kind will do. The above dinner is what he picked when, during Staycation, I told him the kids they could eat whatever they wanted for dinner. He picked Feta, Cheddar, and apples.
Henry started T-Ball this spring. This is our first experience with T-Ball. It's fun and he loves it.

Did you know if you throw 15 five and six year olds together you get more silliness:
Than serious game play? :)
But they're having fun - so all is well.
Two days ago, Jon unpacked his drum set and put it up in our (very unfinished) basement. Henry listened to Jon play for a few minutes and then sat down and started playing. He's sort of a natural. Go Henry!

Too many things that I love about this! I loved Henry's little grin when he dropped his sticks. I loved the picture of him giving you love. AND I love that he asked the tooth fairy to teach him to fly! What a great kid. :)
Awww, thanks!
Great spotlight on Henry! I think he might just be a drummer - good thing you've got a basement. Congratulations on the tooth, and please don't tell Hazel he has a stick collection. We don't need a stick collection. :)
This is fantastic!! Really!!
You did a beautiful job recording this! It's so lovely!
He is a very special little boy with so many fun aspects about him! Thank you for sharing these with us, I feel so priviledged to have this window into his sweet life!
OK - I've seen a LOT of notes to the tooth fairy, but that's seriously the best note ever.
And Henry's favorite dinner is my favorite dinner. He can come over anytime. Cai was just asking me for manchego last night, which I didn't think was at all weird for a 4-year-old until an adult asked him what it was and he described the differences between manchego, cheddar and parmesan. :) See how well Henry will do?
This was such a cute post about Henry. I loved it. His dinner sounds like my idea of delicious. :) Did you know that he can upload his lego pics to lego.com? Somewhere on that site, there's a place for that. Trent gets a pretty big kick out of seeing his own creations there.
