Hippity Hop

Several years ago Jon and I read a hilarious book by Ray Ramono called Everything and a Kite. One of the chapters talked about a brain teaser that Ray loves to play where there is only one rule: come up with a sentence that has never been said before in the entire history of language. Like: "Give me back my fudge suitcase!" or "Chocolate dipped bananas would make a silly seatbelt." You get the idea. We immediately thought of this when Henry entered the room on his hippity hop ball wearing a giraffe costume. I guess the real question is: has there ever been another child bouncing on a hippity hop while wearing a giraffe costume?

Hi Kristin,
I don't know if I'm doing this right, but I'll never know until I try.
I love seeing the pictures of your kids and watching them grow up. It makes me kind of wistful and I don't remember feeling that way for a long time. At the same time, I'm glad I'm through with that with my own kids and they seem to have turned out great. And they are doing a great job with their kids too. I think it probably goes back a generation also.
We're hoping to get out for a visit again this year. No plans yet.
Keep up the good work.
Love, Fran + Bill
